Bran new listing in Southwest on the end of a cul-de-sac. I love these newer homes! Built in 2012, it's fully upgraded and still gorgeous. Since it sits on the end of the street, it has the extended paver driveway to the garage.
Inside, the home has gorgeous granite counter tops in kitchen and stainless steel appliances will be included. The entire downstairs has the larger tile with the upgraded baseboards. I personally have a thing for the upgraded baseboards! It's something we didn't do in our own home when we bought it, and while it's not hard to do after, it can get costly. I know now in my own next home, I will want those large baseboards!
This house does have an open floor plan, with a kitchen that is open to the living/dining areas. With no walls separating these, it's a great large space for entertaining!
